All natural pitta chips, made with FRESH ingredients, then oven roasted with olive oil until crunchy. At their best with BEERS and DIPS! Soffles were first on the scene as a pre-dinner snack for hungry friends at what was Soffle's kitchen in Stoke Newington, Hackney. Once it came about just how tasty these fellas were, a shed for pitta roasting was built and voila! Soffle's was officially open for business. Since then those irregular shaped delights have been everywhere for all to try. And now they are here for you and ready of course to take on pitta domination!
