Made by mums. Backed by midwives.
Pregnancy is a lot. One minute you’re over the moon, the next you’ve got a hundred questions and no idea who to ask. We built Dearbump because we wanted somewhere calm to go with all of it.
Google at 2am doesn’t help.
You know the feeling. A twinge, a question, a search, and suddenly you’re ten forums deep and more worried than when you started.
Dearbump is the opposite of that. Plain answers based on NHS guidance, a short note for every week of your pregnancy, and a real midwife to ask when it’s about you.
No judgement, no scaremongering, no wading through adverts. Just the bit you need, when you need it.
What you’ll find here

Our promise to you
We’ll always be honest about what we know and what we don’t. We’ll never try to scare you into anything. And if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll always tell you to call your midwife, your maternity unit or NHS 111.
Have a look around the health hub, or start with your week by week.
This is general information based on NHS and other UK guidance. Every body is different, so speak to your midwife or GP if you’re unsure about anything.
