Your maternity leave dates

Enter the due date to see the key dates for maternity leave and Statutory Maternity Pay: when to tell your employer, the earliest your leave can start, and when paid leave ends. Useful for mums-to-be and employers.

These are the statutory dates under UK law, worked out the same way as GOV.UK’s calculator. Your employer may offer more. For exact pay, check with your employer or use GOV.UK’s maternity pay and leave guide.
